A. “Shine” was designed for young person from the age of around thirteen until their early twenties. However, we have discovered that we have had young people from the age of eleven who have become involved with “Shine” and some parents have also become involved along with their children, the results have been just as impressive.

Our intentions at “Shine” are to expose your child to the most modern, futuristic and professional personal skills development. The material within the “Shine” Success Blueprint has been over twenty years in its development. It incorporates Success Behavioural Sciences, Success Behaviour Modelling and Motivational Psychology. Your child can learn from the experiences, principles and success methods of some of the most successful people in the world. It is really learning from the knowledge and wisdom of the successful.

This is a common question as young people are at their limits to cover their subjects plus extracurricular activities that most schools offer, the last thing they need at this stage of their development is more commitments. However, those who have become involved in the system have clearly stated that through “Shine” learning and understanding has become far easier and they have demonstrated a substantial improvement in their grades. For many years people have been attending one, two or even three day Seminars on self-development, hoping that after these Seminars they are going to walk out of them and become instantly successful. They are hoping that the “Magic Pixie Dust” that the speakers have sprinkled over them during the Seminar will be an instant remedy to make them successful.
As the untold thousands who have attend such “Seminars” will testify, “They seem to have only short term affects and benefits, they do not seem to have a lasting affect”.
Success does take intelligent information, commitment and time. That is one of the prime reasons that “Shine” was specifically designed in a way so it can be repeated as many times as the participant deems necessary in the comfort and security of their own home.

The only small expense could be incurred is when your child and/or yourself want what to attend one of our “Shine” Conventions when we are visiting the capital cities and major regional areas. No fee for attending the Convention. The only expense that incurred could be any personal expenses.
A. Many people miss out on so many things because they just happen not to live in the major cities or large regional areas. The “Shine” Success Blueprint is conducted at home so it does not matter where you live your child will still be able to become involved with “Shine” and enjoy the immense benefits.

There is far more subtle content in the “Shine” Success Blueprint than may first be apparent. Those who have completed the system have unanimously agreed that the second or third time through is better than the first. The more you do it the more and stronger the “Shine” Success Blueprint becomes. The Universal Principles of Success are very profound and successful; we have been teaching them for over twenty years.

We are fully aware of the problems of having one child compete against another and the stress and even psychological trauma many children can experience if they feel they have to compete and can’t keep up with the rest of the group. This is one of the fundamental reasons why “Shine” was specifically designed to be conducted at the pace suited to each individual. “Shine” is not a competition or a race; there are no tests or exams. These types of group educational experiences can have a profound negative impact on a child if that child takes a little longer to absorb things than some of the others. “Shine” is self-pacing, a child goes at their own pace they DO NOT have to keep up with the rest of the class as in a school or camp.
A. Safety is of course a parent’s number one priority with their children, we fully understand this. As “Shine” is conducted at home there is no danger what so ever, even when you bring your child to a “Shine” Seminar we request that you a relative or trusted friend attend with them.
A. “Shine” was designed to be run at the pace of the person who is using it. They can take as long as they feel they feel they need. There are no exams or tests; you will begin to see the results very quickly after your child commences the “Shine” Success Blueprint. However, the Success Principles will last the rest of the child’s life, “Shine” this is for Life!
A. We at “Shine” understand that different children have different learning and perception styles; some are quick at one thing some at another. We have compensated for this in the “Shine” Success Blueprint, this is why a young person can repeat any part of the Success Blueprint whenever they want to and as many times as they feel they may need to. We don’t have a set programme to get through in a set time, this not a school agenda or homework. Once your child starts “Shine” they will find it irresistible and want to go further, stopping them is usually the hard bit!
A. “Shine” is one fee, there are no hidden costs involved, the only additional costs you may incur is travelling expenses when you and your child attend one of our “Shine” Seminars. All young people will need when using “Shine” is a computer, a writing implement and maybe an eraser.
A. To further assist those who are involved in “Shine” there is a monthly Newsletter that will keep the “Shiners” up to date with events and personal stories. Also there is a “Chat room” where “Shiners” can communicate with each other.
A. Schools were not designed to provide this level of advanced skills development they neither have the resources nor the professional expertise with which to deliver such material. They have all their resources stretched to the limits in providing the curriculum they are obliged to provide. It is unfair to expect the Educational System to do this, it is the parents and children themselves that now need to take control and ensure that they are exposed to the next level of education and professional skills development. “Shine” has been specifically designed to provide this level of professional Success and Life Skills Development.
